Japanese knotweed is quite common in both Nottingham and the surrounding area of Nottinghamshire. The Knotweed Company has a number of contracts throughout the county. While Nottinghamshire is not thought to be particularly heavily infested with regard to Japanese knotweed, it is found throughout the county and may appear in almost any community.
